Rhubarb Yummy

4 cups rhubarb, rinsed and diced

Crumb mixture:
1 cup flour
¾ cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup margarine

Sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 dash salt
1 cup water
1 small package strawberry Jello

Prepare the rhubarb and set aside.  Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and margarine.  Spread half of the mixture in the bottom of buttered 9x 13 pan.  Cover this layer with the diced rhubarb.  In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.   Stir in water and cook, stirring until mixture boils.  Pour over the rhubarb.  Sprinkle with the strawberry Jello.  Cover with remaining crumb mixture.  Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes.  Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
