Rhubarb Crisp

3 cups frozen thawed rhubarb
¼ cup sugar
1/3 cup butter/margarine
½ cup quick oatmeal
½ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix rhubarb and sugar. Place in 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix oatmeal, butter, flour and brown sugar with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake uncovered 50 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.

Recipe may be doubled and baked in 9 x 13 inch pan.
