Rhubarb Bread Pudding

1 ½ cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 slices of toast, cubed
1 cup rhubarb, diced
1 cup sugar/Splenda
½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Mix eggs and milk together. Add toast, rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake 350 degrees for one hour, or until custard is set.
