Raisin Cobbler Recipe 

1 C flour 
1 C sugar 
3/4 C milk 
1 C raisins 
2 tsp baking soda 
1/4 tsp salt

Stir by hand into a batter and spread into a buttered 8x8 baking pan. Mix together a stick of butter and two cups boiling water until butter is melted and pour over the batter. Do not stir together. Bake at 350 degrees about 25-30 minutes until nicely browned and use clean toothpick test.  Can serve with a bit of whipped cream or ice cream, but I just eat as it is.
