Pumpkin Harvest Cake

1 box spice cake mix
1 can (2 cups) pumpkin pie mix (NOTE** this is the mix, not just plain pumpkin
½ cup applesauce
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine dry cake mix, add other ingredients, mix well. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan, 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing. Cool completely. Sprinkle it with confectioner’s sugar and serve it with a dollop of whipped topping.
