Pumpkin Dump Cake  

 

 

1 cup  sugar

1 (16 oz) can pumpkin

1 c. Eagle Brand Milk

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

4 eggs, beaten

1 box yellow cake mix

2 sticks margarine, melted

½ cup chopped nuts, (optional)  

 

Mix together the first 5 ingredients, (not the cake mix, margarine or nuts) and pour into a greased and floured 9” x 13” pan.

Sprinkle cake mix on top and pour melted margarine on top.  Sprinkle with ½ cup nuts, if desired.  Bake 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
