Popsicles

3/4 c. (6 oz.) thawed, unsweetened juice concentrate (any kind)
1 1/4 c. water
8 popsicle containers or 8 (3 oz.) paper cups
8 wooden sticks

In a 2 cup measure, combine juice concentrate and water. Pour into popsicle containers and freeze until firm.

If using paper cups, pour 1/4 cup of mixture into each cup. Cover each cup with foil or plastic wrap. Make a hole in the center of the foil or plastic wrap with a knife or scissors. Insert a stick through the hole into fruit-juice mixture.

Tip: If popsicle stick comes out of a popsicle before serving, pour a tiny amount of water into the popsicle stick hole, reinsert stick and refreeze.
