Pineapple Sherbet

2 C sugar
1 1/2 C water
3/4 C lemon juice (6-7) lemons
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix sugar and water.  Add lemon juice and pineapple with juice.  Chill in fridge.  Remove and add enough whole milk to fill freezer container 2/3 full.  Freeze in electric ice cream freezer as directed.
