Pineapple Sheet Cake

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoon soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (20ounce) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
½ cup chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour 15 ½” by 10 ½” by 1” sheet cake pan, put batter in pan, bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Frosting:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
½ stick melted margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together and spread on cooled cake.
