Orange Creme Dessert

2 cups orange sherbert. Softened
1 package (8 ounce ) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup orange juice1 tub (8ounce) Cool Whip topping, thawed

Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with foil.  Put softened orange sherbert in pan and spread it out so it is smooth.  Freeze 10 minutes.  Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy.  Gradually add condensed milk and orange juice, beating until blended.   Gently stir in Cool whip.  Pour over sherbert in pan.  Freeze for at least 3 hours.

Unmold onto a serving plate.  Take off tin foil.  Slice to serve.
