Nancy Reagan’s Pumpkin Pecan Pie Recipe  

 

4 eggs, slightly beaten

2 c. canned pumpkin

1 c. sugar

1/2 c. dark corn syrup  

1 t. vanilla

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/4 t. salt

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell  

1 c. pecans, chopped  

Combine all except for nuts & shell. Pour into pie shell.

Evenly spread nuts on top. Bake 350 for 40 min.

Good with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
