Molded Mints

6 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon mint flavoring, or to taste
Food coloring (optional)

Beat cream cheese and flavoring. Add powdered sugar, a little at a time, add food coloring if desired.

Mix well. Roll dough into small balls and roll into powdered sugar.

Press into mold. Push shape out and let dry at least 1 to 2 hours.
May be frozen.
