Mississippi Mud Cake

1 cup butter/margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup Cocoa
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 jar marshmallow cream

ICING:
1 stick butter/margarine, softened
1/3 cup cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
6 Tablespoons milk

Beat butter and sugar well, add eggs.  Add and mix with spoon, cocoa, flour, coconut and nuts.  Bake in greased 9 X 13” pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.   While hot spread the jar of marshmallow cream on cake.  Mix icing well and spread on cake.
