Lite Chocolate Mousse

1-1/2 c. cold skim milk

1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello chocolate flavor sugar free instant pudding

1 c. thawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping

1/4 c. raspberries  

Pour milk into medium mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into individual dishes or medium serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with raspberries. Garnish, if desired. Makes 5 servings
