Lazy Peach Pie

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

¾ cup milk

2 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 stick margarine

1 large can sliced peaches

Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.  Add ¾ cup milk.  Melt margarine in 9 x 13” pan.  Pour the above mixture in margarine.  Pour the large can of peaches (juice also) over the top.  Bake at 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.  Can be served warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.  A nice quick dessert.
