Homemade Ice Cream....in a bag

½ cup half & half or milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 Ziplock quart freezer bag
1 Ziplock gallon freezer bag
3 cups ice
1/3 cup Rock salt

Put first 3 ingredients in the smaller (quart) Ziplock bag and seal. Make sure it is tightly closed!!

Put ice and salt in the larger (gallon) bag and then add the filled smaller bag. Seal the larger bag.

Squeeze or shake bag vigorously until ice cream is thickened. About 10-15 minutes. Remove small bag, unseal, and eat with a spoon.
