Hawaiian Honeymoon

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
4 bananas, chopped
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift together first five ingredients; stir in oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (check with tooth pick for doneness). Cool before frosting.

Frosting
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. softened butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and frost cake.
