Easy As 1-2-3 Square Pie

1 ¼ cup flour
2/3 cup butter/margarine
1 cup chopped pecans, divided
1- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1- 12 ounce Cool whip, divided
1 ½ cups shredded coconut, toasted
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
2 cups Pumpkin Pie Mix

Beat flour and butter in mixer bowl, until fine crumbs form. Stir in ½ cup pecans. Press into a 9x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack. Cream together, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in ½ container of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle with coconut. Beat pudding mix, milk and pumpkin pie mix together in small bowl for 2 minutes or until thick. Pour over coconut layer. Top with Cool whip and remaining pecans. Chill for 3 hours.
