Coconut Bon Bons Recipe

 

1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk

2 to 2-1/2 c. coconut

1 stick melted butter

1 ½ teaspoon vanilla

5 ½-6 cups powdered sugar

1 pkg. almond bark , chocolate or white

1 c. chopped pecans

 

Directions

In large bowl combine milk, coconut, nuts, and butter. Mix well.

Add powdered sugar till firm.  Make into small , bite size balls and refrigerate 1 hour.

Melt the almond bark in double broiler or microwave until smooth, dip balls in almond bark.

Lay balls on wax paper to dry
