Chocolate Angel Food Cake

1 ½ cups egg whites (will take about 12 eggs)

1 ½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar

¾ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat till stiff Then  fold in: ¾ cup cake flour ¾ cup sugar ¼ cup cocoa

Pour into tube pan (do not grease or spray pan) and bake 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
