Smore Roll-ups

Tortillas (6” or 8”)

Peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

Chocolate chips

Mini marshmallows

Tin foil

Lay tortillas on counter, spread on  the peanut butter.  Sprinkle with chocolate chips and marshmallows.  Roll up.  Place in tin foil and seal all edges.  Place on hot coals for a few minutes .  Un wrap and enjoy.

**Note** smore roll-ups can be put in wax paper and microwaved for a few seconds to soften and melt chips and marshmallows.
