APPLE POCKETS

2 apples
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
flour for dusting
1 pkg(7.5) refrigerated biscuits

heat oven to 350, peel apples and grate them in a medium bowl. In a small bowl mix cinnamon and sugar. Add half the cinnamon/sugar mixture to the apples.
Roll each biscuit to about 5 inch circle, spoon apple mixture into biscuit, fold over and pinch edges together to make a half moon. Place on baking sheet.
brush pie with water and sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture over them. Bake for 20 min. makes 10 pies.
