ABM Pumpkin Rolls

Dough:
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon butter/margarine
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½-1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cups oats
2 ½ cups bread flour
1 ½ teaspoons fast-acting yeast

Filling:
1 cup canned pumpkin
½ cup raisins, or dried cranberries or cherries
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Program your bread machine to the “dough” cycle.  Place all of the “dough” ingredients into the bread machine in the order given and start machine.  Remove dough upon completion of cycle and roll into a rectangle on a floured counter.  Add only enough flour to prevent sticking; roll to a rectangle about 10x12”.  Mix all filling  ingredients together and spread evenly over dough.  Roll dough in a jelly-roll fashion wide end to wide end.  Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in greased muffin tins.  Cover and let rise in a warm, draft free location for 30-45 minutes.  Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
