Christmas Smells

Ingredients

3 sticks cinnamon

3 bay leaves

1/4 c. whole cloves

2 sections lemon (1/2) with peels

2 orange slices with peels

Directions

Add 1 qt. water; simmer on low, adding more water when needed.

Recipe Note:

This makes the house smell wonderful. I use a small simmering pot or can also be used in a small saucepan on the stove.

I also add fresh cranberries; this makes for a nicer presentation and a nice country look. Merry Christmas!
