St. Patrick's Day Bread Recipe

1 box white cake mix

3 oz box instant pistachio pudding

1 c sour cream

4 eggs

1/4 c oil

1/2 tsp almond extract

Mix all ingredients together.

Will be very thick. Makes 1-1/2 loaf pans.

Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
