2 cans refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 Tablespoons parsley flakes

Olive  oil to drizzle

1-8ounce package pepperoni

½ cup parmesan cheese

Using a bundt pan- quarter each biscuit and drop randomly in pan (1 can at a time)

Before cutting second can, sprinkle ½  mozzarella cheese, ½ parsley flakes and ½ pepperoni.

Repeat with 2nd can of biscuits (layering).  Finish with drizzling olive oil over top and sprinkling with parmesan cheese. 

Bake 350 degree oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
