Pistachio Bread

Mix together in a large bowl:

1 yellow cake mix

1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

4 eggs

¼ cup oil

1/8 cup water

1 cup sour cream

Pour into loaf pan half full, sprinkle mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and ½ cup chopped nuts on top spoon more batter until about 3/4th full. 

Swirl with a knife if desired.  Bake 350 degrees about 40 minutes.  Pretty as well as tasty.

Cream cheese spread for slice if desired:

3 oz. cream cheese softened, one tablespoon sour cream, drop of vanilla and almond flavoring with enough powdered sugar for spreading consistency.  

Yileld 1 normal loaf and a miniature one or 2 smaller loaves.
