Dill Pickle Bread

1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 T sugar
1 3/4 C all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 T pickle juice
1/2 C chopped dill pickles
1/2 C shredded cheddar
2 T chopped fresh dill

Mix the first eight ingredients well. Add the rest and mix. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper. Bake until the bread is golden, and a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
