Cherry Pie Filling Bread

¾ cup oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar (may use Splenda)
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 ½ cups chopped pecans or walnuts

Beat together eggs, oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Stir in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
