Bundt Pan Cornbread

 

 3 c. yellow cornmeal

 1 c. flour

 3/4 c. sugar

 1 tsp. Salt

 1 tsp. baking soda

 1 tsp. baking powder

 1/2 c. melted butter

 3 c. buttermilk

 

 Mix dry ingredients. Add buttermilk and butter.

Stir well or beat low speed 2 minutes.

Pour in greased 10" bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden.

Great served with chili.
