Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

 

1 pound fresh asparagus, wooden end trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil, or olive oil spray

1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, not the dry powdered kind

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt, optional

 

Place asparagus in an ungreased cookie sheet. 

Drizzle with olive oil, or spray. 

Sprinkle with cheese, lemon-pepper and salt. 

Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
