Microwave Sweet Corn

Three ear fresh corn in the husk

Cut the bottom off the stem end. Cook corn in the microwave until hot and cooked through, three minutes.  Remove from the microwave and let rest for two minutes. Remove corn husk. No need to remove the corn silk. When you take the husk off, the silk comes right along with it, and your corn is as clean as it can be. Because the corn is hot, I use a clean dish cloth to hold and remove the husk.
