Creamy Wild Rice  

1 1/2 cups uncooked wild rice

2 1/4 cups water

1/2 tsp. rubbed sage

1/2 tsp. salt

1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

1 can (10 3/4 oz. ) condensed cream of celery soup

1 can (10 3/4 oz. ) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup fresh parsley  

Mix all ingredients except parsley in 5 to 6 qt slow cooker.  

Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hrs. or until wild rice is tender. Stir in parsley.
