Canned Cole Slaw

1 large head cabbage

1 cup celery

1 cup carrots

½ teaspoon celery seed

2 cups sugar

1 cup vinegar (white)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon mustard seed

Grate the 3 vegetables.  Mix everything together.  Put raw in jars and cold pack 10 minutes.
