Cabbage Casserole

 

1 lb ground beef

1 cup white rice

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1/2 head cabbage cut into bite size pieces

1 onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Brown beef with onion: season as desired.  Wash and slice cabbage and put into 9x13" pan. 

In a bowl mix spaghetti sauce, rice and meat.  Pour over the top of cabbage. 

Cover with cheese and cook at 350 degrees for 1 to 1- 1/2 hours covering with foil during last 30 minutes.
