Turkey Tetrazzini

 

3 - 4 c. turkey

1/2 lb. margarine or butter (2 sticks)

1 c. chopped celery

1 c. chopped onion

1 Tb. flour

1/4 c. milk

1 lb. velveeta cheese - cubed

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 4-oz. can mushrooms

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

6-oz. cooked and drained linguini

Ritz crackers

 

 Directions

In 2 tablespoons hot margarine, saute celery and onions until tender.

Melt remaining butter, mix in flour and milk. Add cheese cubes and stir until melted.

Add soup, mushrooms, turkey, broccoli and celery and onions.

Toss linguini into above and pour into 9-in x 13-in buttered pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

During the last 15 minutes of cooking time, sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top.
