Taco Cups

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/3 C water
2/3 C chunky salsa
1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
1/2 C shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Mix salsa and water. Return beef to skillet and add salsa mixture and seasoning mix and stir to coat beef. Simmer until mixture thickens. Grease 16 muffin cups. Divide each biscuit crosswise into two pieces. Line prepared muffin cups with biscuits. Divide meat mixture and spoon into each cup. Top each cup with cheese. Bake 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa and/or favorite taco toppings.
