Sweet & Sour Chicken

 

 3 lbs. chicken parts

 cooking oil

 1 can condensed tomato soup

 1 cup catsup

 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

 2 tbsp. brown sugar

 2 tsp. soy sauce

 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

 

 If desired, remove skin from chicken and brown in a little cooking oil; drain. Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well, and spoon over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 375º uncovered. The sauce is excellent served over steamed rice.
