Stromboli

BREAD:

5 loaves frozen bread dough (Rhodes brand)

Thaw and let rise.

 

MIXTURE ONE:

4 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dry mustard

2/3 C vegetable oil

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp oregano

Mix all ingredients together.  Set aside

 

MIXTURE TWO:

1 lb bulk sausage

1 pkg pepperoni

1 pkg thinly slice deli ham (chopped)

1 C cheddar cheese (shredded)

4 C mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Brown sausage.  Drain.  Mix in rest of ingredients.

 

PUTTING IT TOGETHER:  Roll out bread dough, one loaf at a time.  Spread each loaf almost to the edges with 1/4 cup plus of mixture one and 1 1/2 cups plus of mixture two.  Roll up as for jelly roll and pinch ends of roll and long edge to seal in the ingredients.  Bake at 375 degrees until browned, about 20 minutes.  Bake loaves as you have space.  Can be frozen.
