Simple Salisbury Steak

1 pound hamburger

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

1 egg

¼ cup minced onion

Mix well ¼ cup soup, hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and onion. 

Shape into 6 patties.  Brown in skillet.  

Spoon remaining soup over each patty and simmer 20 minutes or till done.
