Red Salmon Loaf

3 eggs

¼ teaspoon salt

Pinch of pepper

¾ cup half & half

1 cup crushed crackers

1 can red salmon

Beat eggs; add salt and half & half. 

Mix in cracker crumbs and salmon with juice. 

Put in buttered dish, pour half & half over salmon. 

Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.  Very good.
