Million Dollar Spaghetti

1 box spaghetti noodles

1 pound ground beef

1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce 8 oz. 

(1 cup) cottage cheese or ricotta

½ cup sour cream

1 -8oz. pkg. cream cheese

Italian seasoning

Shredded cheese

Parmesan cheese

Boil noodles, drain 7 set aside.  Brown ground beef.  Once browned, add some garlic powder and Italian seasoning and jar of spaghetti sauce. 

Turn burner down to low and let simmer to blend all flavors together.  In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese (or Ricotta) together until smooth.

  Add some Italian seasoning.  Spray 9x 13” baking dish.  Add half the noodles and cheese mixture.  Mix together.  Top with remaining noodles.

  Then top your noodles with meat/sauce mixture.  Cover with foil and bake 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. 

Remove from oven, top with desired amount of parmesan and shredded cheese.

  Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes more until cheese is melted.
