Green Chiles Cube Steak

 

6 cubed steaks

2 Tbsp. cooking oil

3 Tbsp. flour

3 c. milk

1 small can mild green chilies, chopped

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

salt to taste

 

Brown cubed steaks on both sides and set aside.

Combine oil and flour in a saucepan; brown well.

Add milk and chopped green chiles, stirring constantly until thickened.

Add garlic powder and salt to taste; stir.

Place cubed steaks in a casserole and pour gravy over.

Warm in oven.  Makes 6 Servings
