Crock Pot Chicken Divan

 

 

3 c. cooked, cook-up chicken (large chucks)

1/2 small onion, chopped

1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 c. mayonnaise

 3 T. flour

2 stalks celery, thinly sliced

1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed and cut into small pieces

1 T. fresh-squeezed, lemon juice

1/2 tsp. curry powder, optional

Hot buttered noodles

 

 Directions

In medium bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except noodles. Pour into lightly greased Crock-pot.

Cover and cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours (on High setting for 2 to 3 hours). Serve with hot buttered noodles, spooning sauce over top.
