Corn Dogs

1 C corn meal
1 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 C dry milk
1 tsp salt
1 C water
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T oil

Mix corn meal, flour, baking powder, dry milk and salt.  Add water and egg, then the oil.  Stir until moist.  Dip hot dogs in batter and let excess drip off.  Fry in heated oil for two to three minutes, turning once.
