Cajun Blend

1 lb bacon, cut into bit size pieces
1 ring Andoville Sausage (or your choice of sausage), sliced into small pieces
onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
1 small cabbage head, cut into bite size pieces

Fry bacon, remove bacon from skillet.  Drain most of bacon grease, but in same skillet cook chopped onion, chopped green pepper till tender. Put bacon, sausage, onion, and pepper back into skillet and add one small head cabbage cut into bite size pieces.  Add one cup water, cook till cabbage is tender.   Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning as desired.
