Beef Stroganoff

2 cans condensed mushroom soup
1 can button mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 large onion, diced
3 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C water
1 tsp garlic salt
couple dashes hot paprika
2 lbs cubed stew meat
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese

In the slow cooker stir in all the ingredients together (except the meat and the cream cheese). When combined, add the meat, and mix together. Cook on LOW for eight hours. Cut the cream cheese into cubes just before serving and turn slow cooker on HIGH. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook for ten minutes.  Serve over cooked noodles.
