Baked Corn Casserole Recipe  

1 (14 oz) can cream-style corn

1 (14 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped

2 pimentos, chopped

1/2 c. chopped onion

2/3 c. milk  

1 egg, well beaten

1 c. cracker crumbs

1 c. grated American cheese

1/4 c. melted margarine  

Combine ingredients to mix. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole; bake at 350° for one hour.
