BLT Chicken Salad

1/2 lb. bacon
1 head of lettuce
2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
2 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 package ready cooked chicken strips, cut in to small pieces

In frying pan, fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan to drain. Crumble. In large bowl, tear head of lettuce in to small pieces. Add bacon, tomatoes, celery, onion & chicken pieces.

Dressing:
3/4 salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Mix together in a small bowl.
Pour over salad mixture & stir to combine.
Serves 6-8.
