Breakfast Squares

1-24 oz pkg O'Brien Hash browns with onion and pimento

2 C diced ham

6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

3 eggs, beaten

1/2 T salt

1 C milk

1 medium onion, minced

Put potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with ham and cheeses. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, and onion. Pour over the meat and potatoes. Cover and refrigerate at least three hour. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand ten minutes. Cut in squares.
